Business Development Manager, Pharmacy Products

Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for strategically overseeing and leading the pharmacy segment of our PDC business, which accounts for approximately $10M of our annual sales.  This business was an acquisition in 2002 (formerly Pharmex) and carries solid brand name recognition in the industry, that rides along with the PDC reputation. The responsibilities will include sales, product management, customer service, and operations leadership.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead efforts to drive increases in sales and margin growth Drive centralization of all existing commercial relationships Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the different segments within the pharmacy business Define necessary products / cost structure and supply chain to achieve growth plan Assess, organize and develop commercial inside sales team Lead customer service team for business segment Evaluate all talent in business (direct and in-direct reports), provide leadership development assessment and develop retention / succession plan for employees within business segment Evaluate current business practices, including operational / supply chain practices, and identify areas of improvement, capital investment, etc. Develop strategic capital expenditure plan with Port Orange plant manager with specific focus on risk management for existing infrastructure   Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, engineering, or other related discipline Minimum of seven years of commercial and operations experience with at least three years management capacity Strong financial and business acumen with proven track record of results Demonstrated ability to build, drive, and retain an engaged regional team to achieve its objectives Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, collaboration, strategic planning, problem solving, talent management and organizational planning, plus a strong ability to establish and achieve goals   Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%) Experience in printed products and / or consumable products preferred   Benefits: Complete insurance coverage starting on first day of employment - medical, dental, vision, life 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement Bonus opportunity Vacation and Holiday pay P4103110172018

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
