- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned - Provide personal assistant support to the office manager or doctors - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning
Qualifications:
