What we are seeking in you!Experienced doctors with great communication skills and excellent bed side manner.
Doctors who have a track of producing at least $3000 daily and have no issue getting clinical case acceptance.
Our platform is very specific and driven toward Patient experience, same day dentistry and integrated specialty thru mentorship and being aligned, with that said, our ideal doctor should be someone that is willing to learn and adapt the proven culture of same day treatment, willing to build up the specialty program within the office by refereeing patients when is the case.
Job Responsibilitieso Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries of teeth, gums, and moutho Clean and fill cavitieso Repair cracked or fractured teetho Extract teetho Provide preventive care, such as cleaning and applying sealants and fluorideso Educate patients on proper oral health habits and nutritiono Prescribe medications, such as antibiotics and pain relieverso Perform root canals, crowns, bridges, and other restorative procedureso Administer anesthetics and perform other surgical procedureso Maintain patient records and compile data for research or grant applicationso Monitor growth and development of teeth and jawso Refer patients to other healthcare professionals, such as orthodontists and oral surgeonsJob Requirementso Must be licensed as a Dentist in the state in which they practice or be willing to become licensedo Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skillso Must be knowledgeable in the latest dental practices and procedureso Must have an in-depth knowledge of oral anatomy and physiologyo Must be able to diagnose and treat dental problemso Must be proficient in the use of dental instruments and equipmento Must have excellent knowledge of dental materialso Must be able to provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive dentistryo Must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skillso Must be a team player and be able to work with other healthcare professionalso Must be able to handle stressful situationso Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with a variety of patientso Must adhere to all HIPAA regulations and dental board codes of conductOur Client May consider relocation and sign on bonus for the correct candidate Powered by JazzHRAbout the Company:
