Tech Aide, Full-time position serves as primary support for technologists in a busy, quality driven outpatient radiology office.
A candidate for this position would ensure patient comfort and optimize patient flow.
This position performs patient care in a professional, individualized and caring manner.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Facilitates patient flow in order to maintain patient schedule by getting patients ready for their exam (may assist patient in dressing/undressing).
Works independently and steadily to ensure even flow of patients without delay or interruption.
Informs patient and family of any delays.
Fulfills organizational responsibilities as assigned, which may include:
setting up instruments and equipment according to department protocol; cleaning exam/procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control.
Calls and/or faxes STAT results to ordering clinician and enters documentation into RIS.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
High School diploma or GED A minimum of one (1) year related experience Customer service skills a must EEOC, Drug-free, Tobacco-Free Workplace.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
