Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to identify and address maintenance issues.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any maintenance concerns efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
