The candidate for this position must demonstrate organizational and time management skills, as well as outstanding communication and customer service skills.
The office administrative assistant's duties and responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, billing, accounts receivable, preparing quotes and invoices and providing general administrative support to our service technicians.
Previous experience as an Office Administrative Assistant is required.
(Prior service industry experience is preferred.
) Applicant should be skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and be capable of working in a demanding environment.
The main duties will include (but not be limited to):
Organizing, preparing, and executing estimates and invoices for clients.
Managing phone calls and e-mail correspondence.
Entering credit card charges and other transactions.
Supporting the other employees with miscellaneous items.
Assisting the Owner with other assigned office projects & tasks.
Qualifications / Skills Proven experience as an Office administrator or Administrative assistant.
Pleasant phone voice Works well without supervision Managing processes Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Job Type:
