These will be the main duties but we are a small practice and have to help each other out when the other gets busy.
We cross train so that if the front desk is busy, the MA can help out and if the MA is busy, the front desk helps out.
We use a medical EHR system for everything we do (Kareo).
Must be able to use a computer.
The job is for a 40hr work week.
Work hours are Monday thru Friday 7:
30am to 4pm with lunch from 12:
30pm to 1pm.
Unfortunately, we do not offer insurance or 401K.
Pay is $15hr.
You will receive 3 weeks of vacation time per year starting after your 3 month probation period.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
